How to select your delivery time?
- You can select your date and time in the checkout page
- The date calendar and time list will show the available time slot for delivery and self collection
- For special time slot, please check with us for the availability
Delivery Notes / Tips
- Please ensure there will be someone receiving the balloons on the delivery date and selected time slot.
- Kindly note that actual delivery time might vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your selected delivery time-slot due to unforeseen weather and road traffic conditions.
- Delivery date should be the same as the actual event date, select a time slot that is before the start of the event. E.g. your event starts at 5:00 PM, select the 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and write start time in the note area during the checkout. This will ensure the balloons should arrive before your event.
- All Payment must be cleared before the delivery, we do not accept cash on delivery.
- Please place the order at 1 days before your event date, this will allow us to have sufficient time to ensure your balloons are well-prepared.
